Channel 4 app

Hia, please advise how to get the channel 4 app working, keep getting a black screen,  no TV programs or options.  How rebooted the box twice and still not working,  all other apps ok.

    I would try a factory reset using the keep recordings option to see if that makes any difference.

    You will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITVX again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with the Channel 4 app at the moment. Have you been able to try the recommendation from roy247 and if you've tried it has it worked?
