Change of Mind on 360

Like so many, I was offered a free "upgrade"  from our Tivo V6 box to 360. 

The package arrived yesterday, remains unopened as having belatedly read comments on the differences of the two boxes, I realise it is not suitable for us, especially with regards to our second box.

So can you please advise how best I can advise VM that I don not wish this upgrade now and best way to return their equipment please.

    Jus to update on,  spoke to a VM agent via Web Chat, and have now resolved the situation.

    Upgrade cancelled and a return kit being issued for the unopened equipment.
