Can't Upgrade

Hi

I received the new remote to upgrade to 360 followed the instructions. I got an error message are restarted as instructed. This happened a couple of times until the screen went blank for the rest of the evening. This morning when I checked I just have the promotional 360 video on constant repeat. Both the remotes don't work and there is no way I can stop the video or get to a home screen.

Any help please 🙏

    That video is channel 360.  Check your batteries in the remote.  Try the+- buttons on the front of the 360 so you can check the box is working

    That is channel 360 which always appears after boot up.   Check your remote batteries (tab pulled out). Try the buttons on the box to ensure it is working okay.
