Cannot remove old recordings from new box

My extra box (not the main one) had to be replaced Thursday . It’s working fine now but all my old recordings are showing and I can’t play them or delete them. I’ve tried a factory reset, tried to delete on the go app but it says on there the box is off line when it’s not. It’s annoying having them all showing and I can’t get rid of them. Any ideas?

    If you've had a new box your old recordings shouldn't be on there as this is a new box, have you tried to download anything?

    If so is this downloading and working?

    Are you getting any errrors?

      All my old recordings come up on screen and I can’t delete them. Also all my scheduled recordings are there for series I was watching but they do not record because they were scheduled on the old box and I can’t delete them either or press record on the TV menu because it already has the red record icon . All so frustrating. I need to wipe the old hard drive from my account if that’s possible.  I don’t know why the engineer didn’t tell me to delete them before he changed the box

        You could try using the TVGO app to delete the recordings, if that doesn't work I think you it will need someone from virgin to correct the problem, has been reported before and might need another box swap to fix it.

        You say extra box not the main box, were both boxes converted V6 to 360 boxes or a main 360 box and a mini box. Picture below of 360 main and mini boxes.

    If the new box is a 360 mini it has no hard drive, so only the main box has recordings.
