Cannot get LG C3 to power on/power off Virgin 360 box same time.

So with my Samsung tv, when the tv was turned on either input based or Alexa based it would turn on the 360 box at the same time.

Now I have the LG magic remote working nicely with the 360 box. I have the HDMI plugged into CEC port. Simplink is turned on, but when my LG TV powers off or on, there will be no power behaviour change with the 360 box.

It helps a lot as wake up to TV to get my arse out of bed…. And I’ve been struggling all week I think because of the lack of this feature. (Stupid I know)

Not sure where I’m going wrong from someone who works in IT…. Has anyone got this working?
