Cancelled, before it arrived.

Well my journey with VM didn't last long, I still have the broadband which seems to be working good, but the TV package, of which I was so looking forward too, I have cancelled even before it has arrived, for a couple of reasons, main one is the cables will not reach, but just as important was the complete lack of customer service, chat is rubbish, It took me over 30 mins to cancel this order and I only asked about 3 questions, the rest of the time was just waiting for a response, second was the lack of details, I still wasn't 100% sure whether VM had even received my order, of course they must have because something has been cancelled, I still won't be surprised if my broadband goes off. If any VM personal read this msg please have a word with someone, customer service has to change, you can't have people cancelling orders before they even arrive due to lack of help.

  • Even though this order was cancelled my new 360 box turned up today, no surprise there! But I have seen a post on here about a longer coax cable, if I could get a 10m coax cable I maybe able to install this box and become a VM customer, please if someone from VM reads this please DM me.

      Checking things here, we can see you've already spoken to our colleague and things have since been resolved via private message. 

      Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
