Cancel Engineer Visit
I made an engineer appointment last night after unsuccessfully trying to upgrade my box to 360. Spent the better part of 3 hours resetting hub and the box itself following previous replies on the community site.. However the V6 box miraculously upgraded itself through the night..
Brilliant now all I have to do is cancel the appointment. However on the website and the phone app I keep getting the message “Sorry, we can’t check the service status in your area right now”. Any suggestions?
