Can’t record
My new box won’t let me record, when I press the record button it states “added to watchlist” but you can’t fast ward through the adverts like my old box. Can anyone help? Thanks

Which box do you have, if it's the top picture you have the Virgin streaming box with no hard drive so can't record. If it's the box on the left in the picture below then you should be able to record. If you can give an example of the programme and channel you can't record that would help so it can be checked.
