BBC catch up prompting for verification
I’ve had this issue on and off since Christmas time. I’ve tried a restart of the 360 box and also the router several times which might fix it for a week and then it does it again. I’ve also tried a factory reset on the 360box to no avail. I don’t seem to be having any broadband issues at all but have had similar problems with the ITV and C4 catch up but not as often.
Can anyone suggest how I can get this fixed as it’s driving me crazy and given the recent price increases I’m tempted to get rid of the whole thing and just go back to a simple broadband connection.

Already sorted thanks. Spoke to support and 360 box is broken. New one in the post 👍
