Audio Issue

Constantly losing audio when changing channels using handset either manually or using voice control. Both TV and Bose Sound bar drop out, After multiple resets I now have the TV audio only. I have changed the cable between tv and sound bar to eARC, changed the audio settings to PMI 2.0 but nothing works. This has been a constant problem since the new 360 handset

    Can we just clarify, is it still happening if you remove the soundbar entirely?
