Voice command not working. No access to I player or Netflix but normal tv working. Any suggestions

I understand that there is a fault nationally with users being unable to access any apps.
My Voice Command is working ok.
Is everything working now, just to clarify can you not access iPlayer or Netflix using voice control or through the apps.
Both are working here.
