I have exactly the sane &nbsp;problem &nbsp;- was this ever resolved?

I have changed the HDMI cable, I've turned the 360 box off and on.&nbsp; &nbsp; I have the sound through speakers (NOT a soundbar).&nbsp; I have checked the audio settings - on Follow Content.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I can occasionally get the correct sound if I switch out of one of the above Apps and go to say,&nbsp; BBC Iplayer, then go back into the App.&nbsp; &nbsp; But it's been like this for months and it's getting worse.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Is the sound OK using the normal TV, not the speakers?

No - the same problem with sound coming through the TV unfortunately

Thanks for coming back to us AnnieR2, does this happen with any other sources such as a DVD player or games console or is it just with your Virgin Media equipment?

I got a Virgin engineer round - he didn't know what the problem was either.&nbsp; Installed a new box&nbsp; (which meant I lost all my recordings) - same problem.&nbsp; &nbsp;He rang a colleague who told him to switch the audio output to PCM 5.1(HDMI only) - it was on 'Follow Content' previously.&nbsp; &nbsp;That did the trick!&nbsp; &nbsp; Very annoying as I could have done that myself and had checked the forum for this problem and it stated that the audio output SHOULD be on Follow Content.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Hopefully this will help any other people dealing with this problem.&nbsp;
