App troubleshooting

I have exactly the sane  problem  - was this ever resolved?

  • I have changed the HDMI cable, I've turned the 360 box off and on.    I have the sound through speakers (NOT a soundbar).  I have checked the audio settings - on Follow Content.     I can occasionally get the correct sound if I switch out of one of the above Apps and go to say,  BBC Iplayer, then go back into the App.    But it's been like this for months and it's getting worse.

      Is the sound OK using the normal TV, not the speakers?

        No - the same problem with sound coming through the TV unfortunately
