Re: All recordings deleted

We have just got home from holiday and have the same problem, all recordings deleted and either the recordings set for while we were away have also been deleted or didn’t record not impressed as new to Virgin as switched from Sky and never had this problem with them

can someone tell me why this has happened and if there is a way to recover the recordings
