All my recordings have disappeared
I have two 360 boxes. On my second box, all recordings have disappeared and every series link has been removed. I have already carried out a factory reset, but the problem persists.
I have also attempted to use the chat help service, which has been completely ineffective. It tried to send me WhatsApp messages that never arrived, and then I was given a WhatsApp number to contact. I used this number back in July and have still had no reply.
This needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Please escalate this fault and re-pair my second box to my account, as the current support channels are not providing any assistance.
