Additional Wall Socket

Hi,

New to the community, and I can see this has been raised before.

How to I get an additional wall socket installed, cost and timescales.

    Why do you want an additional sockets? You  cannot move your hub around the home.

      I am wanting to relocate the hub to another room in the house (permanent location) as where it is currently located is not practical. The new location will be in the hallway and would be in line with the omin box located outside.

        We can arrange the relocation from here for you.

        As advised already it will be a £25 charge on the bill after this has been carried out.

    So it’s not an additional sockets, but the original one moved. VM will do it for £25. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
