Access to Virgin tv go recordings

Hi 

my Chromebook hasn’t got access to any of my recordings. Everything says watch on tv ..when I click available recording to watch on device it shows nothing.

the rest of the webpage works fine. Ie Live tv/catch up ..but it’s the recordings I want to watch on my laptop Is there a laptop that it all works on or do I need to get a tablet?.

    You must be viewing on your home network. There are also other restrictions on streaming to device types and software etc. required by the broadcasters. For instance some browsers are able to “cast” to a TV, which is not allowed.
