A weird glitch.

I’ve always been impressed with the 360 box, although it had to be replaced a year ago due to hard drive failure. Recently it has developed a peculiar glitch. If I pause a live broadcast then use the jump mode to catch up it will leap back to where the program started, then jump back. If I forget this and hit jump forward again it will stay there and I have to fast forward to get back to where I left off. Very frustrating. Anyone else had this problem and is there a fix? Just to confirm, how long has this issue been ongoing? Do you get this across multiple channels? Have you tried rebooting the TV box as seen here To see if the issue persists?
