Don't change to new virgin remote.as carnt record anymore carnt go bk onto last channels. It's crap when my contract up I'm gone

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your new TV box.
If you press the TV button that will send you back to the previous channel. If you have a 360 box you will be able to record by pressing the record button, however if you have a Stream box you won't be able to record as that feature isn't available on Stream boxes.
