Hi since our upgrade we can only watch Recordings on our other boxes when the main TV is on! So annoying. Anyone know about this?
Is this two old V6's that were upgraded, or do you have a single 360 box and a 360 mini ? The mini has no recording drive and streams from the other 360 main box. Also with the V6's I believe they need to be in fast start? The other "Eco" modes will not allow streaming from one to the other?
Any main 360 box (one that has a hard drive) needs to be set to fast start or active start so you can watch the recordings you have on that box on any other box either another 360 main box or mini box.
You can check what the box power setting is by pressing the Home button and go to Settings (cog on the right) > System > Standby power consumption.
You have 3 choices, Fast start, Active start, and Eco start, if it's set to Eco start set it to Fast Start or Active Start.

What combination of TV360 boxes do you have? Specifically, master boxes with hard drives versus mini-boxes (half the height) without a hard drive? Photos below.
Mini-boxes don't have any recording capability and wholly rely on the master box for multi-room streaming.
