360 remote
I received a 360 remote for the upgrade, but I have 2 boxes so I requested another one which hasn’t arrived. While I was away last weekend my son said Virgin TV stopped working and he used the new remote to do the upgrade, which seems to be ok on the main box, but the other box won’t come on now. Do I have to chase up a second remote, as I assume that has upgraded to 360 too?
