I have installed 360 a few days ago. I have tried several times to pair the remote to control the volume. It says the pairing is successful and it works for a few seconds but as soon as I get out from the setting it stops working. The volume buttons of the new remote don’t do anything. I have tried re setting the volume by holding tv and 0. I have also reset the TiVo box.
Don't always accept the first working volume test, try going through the list this has worked for other people.
Did entering the TV's model number not work, what TV do you have.
