Hi, I’ve recently upgraded to 360 and received two new remotes for both V6 boxes, both boxes installed the 360 software no issues however… the new remotes will only pair with the main box and neither will pair to the 2nd box. I’ve tried resetting remotes and starting again but nothing, could my box be the issue?.

I'm so sorry you are facing an issue with the remote, have you tried un pairing one from the main and trying again on the second box?
An engineer came out in the end after virgin sending me 2 new remotes (even though I told them my remotes were fine) and the fault was my box, so installed a new box
