360 remote delivery

Hi

I received an email about 3-4 weeks ago saying I would qualify for the 360 upgrade and would receive a new remote in the post. Just wondered how long this normally takes?

    Thank you for reaching out regarding the TV360 upgrade. Online and email deals usually take up to 14 days to be applied to the account. 

    Have you ordered the remote, or are you just querying the delivery time at this point?

      Hi Carley. Thank you for the response. I received an email (which unfortunately has now been deleted) saying that I was eligible for the upgrade and a remote would be sent in the post. I think it was about 3 - 4 weeks ago but haven't heard anything since. I don't think it said anything about ordering one. Thank you.

        Thanks for the response j-f-m, when you had the email did you go through a process on that email to secure the 360 upgrade as it requires customer approval?

    Mate, just take it as a lucky escape that you haven't been downgraded to 360.
