360 migration

I received my remotes a couple of weeks ago, I have been trying to install, however, the install app has not come up on my TV yet. I have done what was said on the video,  but still no install now app. Any suggestions?

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear you've not been able to upgrade to TV360.

    To action the upgrade this should be available to see on both the Home screen at the top and on the 'All Apps', section from the Home screen. You will need to be connected to the internet to be able to see these. 

    Please try fully rebooting the set-top box and ensuring this is connected to the Virgin Media network. If you're still not seeing the app, do you have any issues accessing OnDemand services or streaming apps?
