360 disconnecting from WiFi

I have the same issue, box works for perhaps 1 day and then disconnects from wifi (there are no issues with wifi signal).  This happens virtually every day now.  Come on Virgin, this is not normal, the TV box obviously needs replacing/fixing

    Sorry to hear of the 360 box issues connecting to your network consistently, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us via the forums. Welcome to the community.

     

    In your post you have advised there is no network issues, is this the wireless network and other devices? Is it only the device in that part of the property experiencing the drop outs?

    When you check the box via settings, what does it indicate is the signal strength to the box?

    It's usually better to start a new thread explaining your issue, than add to someone else's - that's now been done for you.

    Can you explain how your TV360 is disconnecting from WiFi, what the symptoms are? And what makes you say there are "no issues with wifi signal"?

    How long has this been happening?
