360 Disaster

  1. Tivo Box was replaced with a 360 box in November  2025.
  2. Current TV is a Philip's Ambilight 
  3. 360 Box installed by Virgin  technicians.
  4. I only have the 360 controller .the Philip's controller has batteries  removed and these are the current faults 
  5. Volume will drop to 0 but only on " live " programmes,  NOT so far on streaming
  6. Apps will freeze usually YouTube but Netfix, Prije do on occasion . Now TV has vanished from apps 
  7. TV will switch on randomly when no one is near controller 
  8. TV will displayat times  Philip's settings page without input 
  9. TV will display Apps page asking to instal Rakuten without input  
  10. Have contacted Virgin and still waiting  resolution 
  11. Other than that , can I get the TiVo box back

  • Just as a general reply is the 360 connected to the TV's HDMI - ARC connector if it is I would switch to just a straight HDMI connector.

    You could also try switching off your TV's hdmi control and / or the 360's one power setting to try and fault find the random switching on etc.

    What's Prije, I believe Now TV has never been available on Virgin or has it disappeared from your TV's apps.

    How did you pair the 360 remote to the TV, did it accept the TV's model number or did you use the pressing key's method, if it was the latter I would try again and don't accept the first one that works.

    The bad news for you is no you can't go back to TiVo or TiVo V6 which ever one you had.
