Sorry to hear these concerns about your TV360 service. This sounds less than ideal!
I'd just like a little more information and to clarify what exactly you mean by screen darkening - is the picture showing as it should be across all channels and services, just darker than expected? You mentioned disconnecting and reconnecting - it would be good to confirm if this means you have checked all your HDMI cables are nice and secure, and also have tried an alternative cable if possible? (Just so we can rule this out as a cause of any issues too!)
If you are able to post a picture or video example to the thread so we can see what it looks like at your end this would be ideal!
