360 boxes wiped all recordings for the third time in 3 months. Joke of a company

Have two 360 boxes. Both are awful. Slow af and they both constantly wipe all my recordings monthly. I changed the settings so they don't delete anything, and I only save about 6 things. It's a joke

If you're planning on getting virgin media, this is your warning to save your money and shop elsewhere
