360 box

I have recently changed from a Virgin Stream box to  Virgin 360 box. The shows I had listed under 'my watch list' on the Stream box automatically appeared under 'recordings' on the 360 box. I would like to delete them but can't. Can anyone help please? Allan

    Have you tried using the TVGO app to delete the "recordings".

      Thanks, I gave it a try but still no luck. It said my 360 box was not connected when it was. Guess I'll have to live with the problem. Annoying but worse things happen.

        Thanks for posting in regards to the change from Stream to 360 and the issues with the recordings, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

         

        Can you expand on what happens when you try to delete these via your 360 box? Is the option there but not working or just not there? We have help here for 360 boxes and their features.
