You've posted in the TV360 forum, however the error code M63 which is an account setup issue only relates to the tivo and V6 boxes and shouldn't affect the ability to watch or record programs.

Have you/are you trying to migrate from a V6 box to the V360 interface?
The TV360 box works on the Horizon operating system and comes with a new remote that includes a voice button.
If so it's possble that the systems are unable to process the regrade and you may need a replacement box and for 2nd or 3rd level support to manually update the systems.
