360 box, wrong power cable

Hello. 
Just had my 360 tv box delivery and the power cable doesn’t fit. 
Customer service advised they don’t send replacements and a Technician needs to visit? Absolutely ridiculous. 

Anyone from VM here that can help get one sent..?

  • Different box, but I got sent a Stream box a couple of months ago with the wrong lead for power. I requested the right one via the online chat, and it was sent to me a few days later. May be worth trying again and seeing if someone different via chat will come up with a better answer.
