360 Box sound Sync and Apps Access Resetting

Hi 

Since upgrading the software on my tivo box to convert it into a 360 box I have experienced two problems.

Firstly the sound keeps going out of synchronisation with the picture. Have tried the Audio Delay feature but that just makes it worse. Factory resetting the box cures the problem  but then the synchronisation slowly drifts out over a few days.

The second issue is the box continually looses the apps (netflix, youtube etc) login details so we have to reenter them all again, even when we have not had to factory reset the box for the above problem.

Has anyone else experienced these issues and have a solution. Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.

    Sorry to hear these concerns about your TV service since completing the upgrade to TV360. It may be that there's been an issue with the box hard-drive since upgrading. I'd like to take a closer look at things from our side so we can see why this might happening and help get it sorted!
