360 Box not switching on
I am tearing my hair out Our main box is not switching on . Remote is working as it turns on tv. Have worked through the online advice with no luck . Eventually got chat bot which then put me on to What’s app but no message received on what’s app . I am thinking the box has packed in as the other 2 boxes in the house are working. Any ideas how I can get some action without going through on line chat etc as I am struggling with the online conversations we are senior citizens and rely on the tv quite a bit. TIA
