360 Box may be failing

For the last few days my 360 box has been behaving very oddly.  Recordings not showing correctly, lots of little blank screens with show titles underneath;  when any recording selected the screen either freezes or simply goes blank, needing a reboot to start again; recordings quitting part way through etc.  At a loss as to what is wrong and what to do.  All the usual, checked cable, checked internet speed etc.  Anyone from virgin that can offer some help please?

    You could try switching everything off including the hub, let the hub reboot and then power on your box or boxes if you have more than one.
