360 box keeps does not start

Hello, 

I have been having issues with error code CS2217, but have returned from holiday and now the 360 box will not even turn on.

It cuts off, and then has the two red arrows showing lack of connection. The landline also fails to connect, and has no dialling tone. I have checked all cable, and also replaced the Ethernet cable without success.

The ethernet cable is working fine direct to the TV and PS5.

I have used an old Virgin box, and managed to connect with WiFi.

Can a way forward be provided.
