360 box failing
My 360 box has slowly over a few months started getting worse, getting slower, refusing to play back recordings, telling me youtube isn't available
It's new trick is all the colour has gone from the guide and I keep getting no programme details shown, especially happens on sky movie channels
However a goid side effect is that it alliws me to watch any movie channel at any time of day without asking for my pin number
Yet the slave box upstairs is working absolutely perfectly, therefore the fault lies with the main box
However hears something i bet none of you have ever had a problem with, can I get to speak to an actual real human about it and get it replaced? Absolutely not because virgin in it's wisdom have decided to spend my money buying an system that goes round in circles no matter what you press or say
Don't tell me to ring 150 done it over and over
Don't tell me to use this waste of time chat, and stop sending me text links to tell me turn it off and on again like I'm 5 years old
It's not difficult just answer the phone, must be the best job in the world working for virgin, feet up dunking biscuits while you all ask what's that ringing noise
