    Hi Stacyleah

I've moved your post from the tech chatter forum to the 360 forum. Forum staff don't tend to check the natter/chatter forums as they are more for non VM connected posts.

There don't to be any posts in the 360 forum suggesting a widespread/nationwide issue with 360 boxes.

The errors you are describing are normally due to a lack of an internet connection.

Is your broadband working OK?  How is your 360 connected to the internet?

What are the actual error codes and messages you are seeing?

For example CS9994 There's an issue with the broadband connection

You might be able to resolve the issue by following the instructions in the online help for error codes

    https://www.virginmedia.com/help/check/tv-error-codes

Have you used the /check-services/   function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Error codes CS2400, CS2318, CS217. I've ran a scan from the app and getting told there are TV issues affecting your service. I've done everything it says. Checked connections, rebooted box and router. Nothing helps. I have a TIVo box in the bedroom and on demand works on that and it still records. The only other I have noticed is my smart TV in bedroom says it connected to the router but the apps won't load. And not that good with tech so if you have any ideas I would be grateful. There is a button on the router think it says WAPs would pressing that make a difference

I think it's connected through the cables but am not sure

  • If you can watch live TV OK and it's everything else that requires a network connection then it definitely points towards your network connection, is your mobile or tablet working with your hub / network.

Live TV works. Phones and tablet connect to the the router no problem. It started with Netflix error codes, then Disney error codes, to on demand error codes then box not recording saying there is a fault. Anything that was recorded can't watch with error codes and know when you pause TV it doesn't start from where paused it takes you to where the programme is in real time

It says on the system menu that's its connected to your Hub via VM with numbers after it. Diagnostics saying it is connected with ticks from box to hub to Internet to media servers
