Can I just confirm do you mean you cannot login to your online account?
What error are you getting?
Have you tried going down the forgot password route?
I can see my emails, but as I am purchasing a new PC I need to change the Password to it.
The link that the agent gave was Sing into My Virgin Media go to Account settings and then manage your Virgin Mail appvirgit Media Mail get password

Have you tried logging into your Online Account using the new computer, you can also try downloading the My Virgin Media App?
