Unable to re-set password in app

Ive tried this several times and not receiving the emails to reset password - cant face trying to get through on phone - can I get help here?

    Given you're not receiving any e-mails, have you tried clicking on the "Forgot your email address?" link and following the advice provided to check the e-mail address set as your My Virgin Media username is definitely what you think it is?
