Unable to pay my bill

Hello I have been with virgin mobile since 2022 and have never had an issue logging into my app. Since the o2 move I have not been able to log into my account to view my end date of my plan. My original contract has the wrong date on it and the o2 app only shows my data and calls contract. I have lost complete access to any of my information and I now I also have an unpaid bill for my handset contract but I can’t log in to pay it.

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

    I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue accessing your credit agreement. Can I ask if you are using your credit agreement and security pin to view the credit agreement online for your handset? 

    If you are instead trying to view your plan for your SIM then this would now be listed in the O2 app as the SIM is with O2, this is why your app would no longer work.
