Talk to a human about billing

Hi, I'm desperate for some help, please!

 

I can't find any phone number that will allow me to speak to an agent about billing.

I get disconnected when told to pay outstanding balance online if i call the 0345 number.

I can't seem to use the QR code on the contact us option, and the nearest 02 shop is too far for me to get to before it closes once I've finished work. 

 

I just want help with a payment plan and DD to get my services back up and running ASAP. At this rate I may just switch providers.

    Hi ilbtbam,

    Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

    Sincere apologies for the issues faced with paying a bill, regarding a payment plan we wouldn't be able to set one up ourselves, has this already been done?

  • I am at my witt’s end trying to talk to a human. They have double billed me for my Netflix subscription and I have spent nearly 2 hours this morning trying to get this sorted. It didn’t work asking to speak to a human as soon as I got out through and the bots don’t understand my query. 
    This is a total rip-off and I’d value some advice!

      As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

      Also this thread is 2 years old.   You would be best to start a new thread of your own...
