Re: My Virgin Media App not showing correct details

I am having exactly the same issue. Can VM sort this?

    We're sorry to hear the VM App hasn't updated yet. It can sometimes take a little time after an offer has been applied for it to update and reflect within the App. 

    When logging in to My VM via a browser, is this showing the old package or has this updated correctly?
