No generate password option

When I access the VMO2 app, I have no option to generate a password.

Additionally, I have no recognition of my e-mail address within the manage products area ither. Is this the root of the problem? If so, how do i fix this?

Thankfully, I can access some of my e-mail addresses via webmail, however, this is not an acceptable solution when mobile.

Thanks

To use a phone mail client to access your mail, you need to use the NTL email address as the username, and the four word generated app password in the form word-word-word-word

It's not the same as the way you access Webmail.  It will not make any difference whether it's IMAP or POP  Most users however would use IMAP I guess.

  • That's what I'm doing and still get an authorization error from the server, irrespective whther it's from my phone ort my laptop.
