No account number or area reference

I ordered my new broadband service on 9th April. Engineer install is meant to be today (24th April). In my order confirmation I was not given an account number or area reference in order for me to create an account. The install date was also not confirmed, so I have no way of checking the status of my order.

    We're sorry to hear you've not received anything after your order confirmation. Usually there will be some final checks once the order has been placed. If accepted, an account is set up and you'll receive a welcome email which will include the account number, site ID and important information relating to your installation. 

    If you've not yet received this, it's likely the order has either failed, or the checks are ongoing. Please speak to the Sales Team on 0800 183 1234 and they can check on the progress of things.
