New account not showing on VM App or online page.

I moved two months ago and have a new account number, but the VM app and the online page are still showing my old account details. Have had numerous unproductive calls with VM. Please can someone help? i was also told I would have a landline which is now not on my new contract. Thinking of cancelling altogether and going with BT.

      Hi Matt,

      No, they were of no use whatsoever. Can you please sort this out for me, I feel like I'm running round in circles.
