New account not showing on VM App or online page.
I moved two months ago and have a new account number, but the VM app and the online page are still showing my old account details. Have had numerous unproductive calls with VM. Please can someone help? i was also told I would have a landline which is now not on my new contract. Thinking of cancelling altogether and going with BT.
