My Virgin Media account showing the old account number and details
I'm literally having the same issue. Everytime i sign up using a different email and my new virgin media account number, it says "we've found you" and when i login using that email address I don't see the new account number just the old one. My services has already been installed and started. Everytime they keep saying IT will need to fix it but where is IT? I need to see my bills asap!!
