My account has been locked since Dec 3rd

Hi, my Virgin media and o2 accounts have been locked since December the 3rd. Despite numerous phone calls and online chats it is still locked. I have called the number suggested on the page where it tells me its locked 4 times but unfortunately the operators are hard to understand and do not seem to understand me either. I need access to watch stuff on my tablet and phone and also to cancel a subscription for Disney + which I am now having to pay full price for due to the fact I cannot access the account to cancel it. 

If anyone else has had this issue and actually had it resolved I would appreciate any advice you can give.
