Link to online chat not working - upgrade package
I want to upgrade my Virgin package and have tried the link to online chat via My Virgin Media on both the app (on two phones) and on two other devices. The link doesn't work despite trying numerous times since this morning. Have also tried WhatApp and had no reply. Just to see if I could get in touch with someone, I also tried to cancel my contract and that link didn't work either! Very frustrating. I have allowed pop ups but to no avail. Can anyone help? Is it just because everyone is busy? Is there a less busy time of day when I may have more luck?
