issues registering for an account

I’ve called countless times, but no one has been able to help me. Every time I try to sign up for an account it gives me the error message that an account cannot be found with the details I’ve provided, yet when I have phoned, they’ve said the details are correct and to try again. It's been months since I got my box and yet still no account.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
