I pay the bills but the Virgin app doesn't recognise me. Unbelievable

I try to open the app but no way. The clever system doesn't recognise me. Unbelievable...but to take the money they recognise me.

    Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the application, have you previously been able to create your VM O2 ID?

    Creating this will allow you to access both the My VM and O2 services to keep tabs on your account.

    But to create a account in the community they allow to do that. So they don't care even nothing about the costumers but to create discussions they allow..it's really annoying.
